From the perspective of smart city or future city planning and construction, what are the contents of the new infrastructure? How will the content and methods of urban planning and construction be changed? The speaker will share with us his experience in cross-border practice and exploration in urban planning and ICT ( Information and Communications Technology) in recent years followed by analysis of the essence of smart cities and the connotation of new infrastructure, and help designers better understand the integration of ICT in urban development.
