Background and Course Outline:

As Macau's Building Regulations, the Technical Regulations on Fire Safety of Buildings and Sites and the entry procedures have been supplemented and changed in recent years, the Architects Association of Macau (AAM) hopes to use this course to allow participants to deepen their understanding of the regulations and gain experience in building construction. During the design process, relevant regulations and regulations are followed to ensure compliance of the building design.

The course will consist of 2 lectures, 3 hours per lecture (total 6 hours):

Topic (1) Architectural Design Admission Procedure (4 hours)

- Architectural design process

- Procedures for entering into building plans

- The process of building plan review and approval

Topic (2) Building Regulations and Technical Regulations on Fire Safety in Buildings and Premises (2 hours)

The course will further deepen participants' understanding of building regulations and improve their application capabilities through case studies of an M-level two-star apartment and a MA-level high-rise residential building, using practical examples and interactive discussions.
