背景：

香港都市建設在近三四十年間不斷高速進行，而建築技術的發展和建材選用的要求正與日俱增。現今納米科技一日千里，不少傳統大分子組成的建材如：抗菌漆、防滑油、防水劑、抗水膜、轉鏽漆等，已廣泛被納米級的小分子結構材料所取代，而小分子的高緻密性及相容性特質，能於解決不少傳統材料不能解決的建築缺陷。綠牆工程透過利用納米塗層系統，以降低施工作業成本，節約能源和水源，減廢減排，降減環境負荷，更利用嶄新生物綠化技術及納米級空氣淨化噴塗，創造零排放、健康和安全的空間。

零碳天地(ZCP)園內的建築物和其他設施均採用最先進的環保生態建築設計和技術建。這次網上研討會，將介紹納入零碳天地的創新綠色技術，即採用的設計策略。另一方面亦會討論"優化景觀設計"以及"空氣淨化太陽能玻璃天幕"(AIPV)。

Background:

Urban construction in Hong Kong has been growing rapidly in the past 30 to 40 years, and the development of construction technology and selection of building materials become more and more important.

In this webinar, innovative green technologies that have been incorporated in the CIC-ZCP will be introduced. The presentation will be focused on optimization of bioengineering landscaping works for CIC Zero Carbon Park incorporating with four advanced green technologies of BioGREEN (Pre-planting management and soil improvement), SolarTECH (Air purification & self-cleansing), Nano-Tech (structures waterproofing & preservation) and AIPV-TECH (Air-quality Improvement PhotoVoltaic pavilion & Kiosk) by MiC (Modular Integrated Construction) implementation at ZCP site.

Case studies with key technologies will be presented for discussion:

1. BioGREEN (Optimization of Landscape Works for ZIC- ZCP)

2. AIPV-TECH (Air-quality Improvement PhotoVoltaic energizing skylight at ZCP Eco-cafe, pavilion & Kiosk)

3. SolarTECH (Air purification & self-cleansing including air-borne particulate matters (PM), volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and bacteria & virus removal)

4. NanoTECH by NCPP (Nano Crystallization & Polymerization Penetration) Technologies applied on Grade A Office Building at Tai Lin Pai Road Kwai Chung.
