澳門特區政府正全力推動公共房屋的興建工作，新一批五個位於新城A區的公共房屋項目預計短期內進行公開招標。由於特區政府已指出未來公共房屋建設將採用"預製件方式"施工，為使工程業界能夠充份了解現況，運輸工務司司長現聯同建設發展辦公室安排舉辦題述介紹會。

Dear AAM Members,

AAM is Informed by Macau Government Department that the Public Housing in Zone A district will be launching its public tender in short time. It is also announced by the Macau SAR government that the construction of the public housing will implement the MIC (Modular Integrated Construction) method.

Secretariat for Transport and Public Works together with Gabinete para o Desenvolvimento de Infra-estruturas (GDI) will hold an Introductory Seminar for the above topic.
