Objective:

Hengqin Guangdong-Macao In-depth Cooperation Zone is a new practice under the "One Country, Two Systems" principle, featuring a new operational mechanism jointly discussed, built, shared, and managed by both Guangdong and Macao. It aims to expand the economic diversification for Macau individuals, enterprises, and diverse economy, bringing new development opportunities to Macau. Registered Architects from Macau can engage in architectural design services in the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao In-depth Cooperation Zone through a pre-registration process. To invigorate the local architectural design atmosphere and encourage creativity among members of The Architects Association of Macau and pre-registered Architects in Hengqin from Macau, To provide a platform for Macau Architects to engage in Hengqin developments and create opportunity to gain experience in the built environment, this is the objective of the "Hengqin Guangdong-Macao In-depth Cooperation Zone Architectural Design Competition - Public Recreational Park Pavilion Architectural Design Concept Competition."
