Background and Course Outline:

The course is mainly conducted in the form of workshops to allow students to deepen their understanding of the project plans (opening rules). In the course, simulated land plots are used as case studies to allow students to further improve their understanding of relevant laws and regulations in the process. Strengthen students' practical practice of hand drawing rules.

The entire course will consist of 2 lessons, each lesson is 3 hours long, totaling 6 hours:

Main contents of the workshop (Session 1 and 2)

- Experience sharing

- Architectural design process

- Procedures and related regulations for building plan entry

- The process of building plan review and approval

** Remarks:

Students must bring their own A3 drawing paper (butter paper), A3 white paper, A4 white paper,

Drawing tools, including drawing board (can draw A3 drawings), T ruler, set square, scale, pencil, drawing pen, etc.
